We are calling a virtual press conference to call on Mayor Sylvester Turner and the Houston City Council to leverage $100 million of the City's CARES ACT Fund to establish a city-wide rent and utilities fund. This $100 million coupled with private and philanthropic dollars is what is needed in order to meet the massive and growing need of both renters and landlords in the city.
