Amend Laken Riley Act to require detention only for those immigrants charged with violent crime
Currently, the Laken Riley Act mandates that any noncitizen arrested for, convicted of, charged with, or admitted to certain property (i.e. shoplifting, theft) or violent crimes MUST be detained by the Department of Homeland Security without the option for bail.
